The Qantas Magazine App is a project I was Interactive Art Director on and helped re-launch for my client Medium Rare Content Agency in 2015. We were the first in the world to launch an App using Adobe Experience Manager Mobile and WoodWing Inception in July 2015 and were part of the Adobe DPS 2015 launch in NYC.
The App won multiple awards across the world. Gold at the 2016 Pearl Awards in New York for best Mobile/Tablet. At the 2015 Digital Magazine Awards in London it won, Travel Magazine App of the year, Launch of the year on a new format and Customer Magazine App of the year, and was also recognised as second place overall, only being beaten by WIRED Magazine UK. The App won Best App on Mobile or Tablet Device at the 2016 Publish Awards in Australia and was a finalist at the same awards in 2015.
The App was vertical in format and was available on all iOS and Android devices.
